We are currently seeking a reliable and hard-working Forklift Operator to join our client’s production afternoon shift team based in Dandenong South.

Our client is a well-established Australian manufacturer and distributor of steel building products, long steel, sheet, and coil, with over 20 years of industry experience. They are specialists in all things steel and steel accessories

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating a 5-tonne forklift counterbalance forklift
  • Unloading/loading trucks of steel coils and rolls
  • Stock putaway
  • Using an RF scanner to locate and pick pack products
  • Safely handle bulky and heavy materials
  • Manual handling tasks

About you:

  • Proven warehouse experience
  • Current Forklift licence with experience operating a 5-tonne forklift
  • Experience handling bulky or heavy goods
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Safety-focused, self-motivated, and physically fit
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test and Police Check.
